All our screw piles are installed using rotation units to drive the piles into the ground until the designed depth and install torque is reached.

Monitor
All our screw piles are installed using bluetooth monitoring equipment logging the torque, depth, coordinates and alignment of the pile to form a computer-generated log pile sheet needed for building control upon completion.

Build
Screw pile foundations require no curing time and provide instant load bearing capacity allowing for immediate construction.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Every pile is hot-dip galvanized to protect high-strength steel from underground soil chemistry and corrosion.

We regularly test finished piles to failure as part of our quality program. A random selection is taken from production each week and put through torque or helix press testing. These pass-fail tests ensure every pile meets the performance and reliability standards you expect.
