Paul’s track record includes serving as Group Managing Director of Balfour Beatty plc and CEO of VT Group plc. He has held prestigious Chairmanships at McCarthy & Stone, Essentra plc, and Forterra, alongside senior advisory roles for the UK Government’s Major Projects Review Group. Awarded a CBE in 2007 for services to engineering, Paul is widely recognised for his ability to align large-scale operations with aggressive growth strategies.

At the board level, Paul provides the high-level influence and global connectivity required to engage with industry leaders and tier-one corporations. His presence ensures that our disruptive innovation is underpinned by world-class governance and the strategic leverage necessary to scale our technology across the international infrastructure market.

In partnership with Helical Anchors Inc., I am responsible for bringing cutting-edge screw pile technology to the forefront of modern construction.
